What's the role?

Join HERE Technologies as a Total Rewards Analyst, where you'll be a vital part of our Global Total Rewards Team. Reporting to the Total Rewards Manager, you'll coordinate our benefits programs' day-to-day operations and administration in the US and Canada. This includes managing retirement plans, government reporting, plan audits, Affordable Care Act reporting, DOL filings, Open Enrollment, and time-off programs. 


 

Retirement Plans & Benefits Operations: Manage Defined Contribution Retirement Plans (401k, DPSP, etc.) and ensure all programs in the US and Canada are compliant.


  • Audits & Compliance: Conduct audits, including annual retirement plan audits with external auditors, and ensure adherence to ERISA, DOL, ACA, and IRS regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the payroll team and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and enhance current processes and develop new interfaces.
  • Legislative Awareness: Stay current with US and local legislative changes and manage ACA reporting.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the purchase order and invoicing process for Total Rewards.
  • Communication & Implementation: Work closely with the internal communications team to manage plan changes, prepare and review communications, and drive annual open enrollment and benefit fairs.
  • Education & Support: Provide educational presentations to colleagues and address escalated employee benefits issues.
  • DOL Filings: Ensure timely filing of all DOL reports.
Who are you?

We're looking for someone passionate about benefits policies who can work independently and make informed decisions along with most of the following:


  • Experience:2-5 years of relevant benefits experience
  • Customer Service & Discretion: Proactive team member with strong customer service orientation, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Organizational Skills: Well-organized with good time and project management skills to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn provider systems and internal HCM.

This position is based out of our downtown Chicago office and will follow a Hybrid working arrangement of 2 days per week in-office. Candidates who meet this location requirement and agree to the hybrid working arrangement requirement will be considered for this position. 


The expected base salary range for this position is $63,700 to $85,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills and experience. 

This position is also eligible for a target annual performance, which is subject to company and individual performance.
