PG Forsta Expands Industry Reach Following InMoment Acquisition

Press Ganey Forsta, a Chicago company offering experience measurement and research technology, announced its acquisition of InMoment. The latter company specializes in conversational intelligence, reputation management and customer experience solutions. 

PG Forsta equips organizations with experience technology, data analytics tools and insights to help them improve experiences for customers, employees and stakeholders. Its Human Experience platform serves 43,000 global clients in sectors like healthcare, professional services and technology. 

InMoment’s retail, hospitality, financial services, automotive and consumer service expertise complements PG Forsta’s strengths and expands its cross-industry reach. The combined 3,000-person company will offer omnichannel listening capabilities spanning interactions across call centers, social reviews and surveys, equipping existing customers with more tools and analytics.
